Coaching remains largely unstructured and difficult to scale. Traditional training methods lack personalized feedback and real-world scenario practice, limiting skill development and confidence for new and experienced coaches alike.

I designed Coaching Companion as a scalable AI-powered tool to help coaches build skills through interactive practice and real-time feedback.

My Role
Defined Platform Strategy:
Conceptualized a coaching skills platform using AI-generated feedback, scenario personalization and gamified practice loops to drive experiential learning.

Designed Core Features:
Scenario Simulations: Interactive modules covering coaching situations like career transitions, imposter syndrome, and work-life balance.

Real-Time AI Feedback: Tone analysis, question quality scoring, and empathy feedback loops to build coach self-awareness.

Personalization Engine: Experience-based tailoring of scenarios to meet each coach at their current level.

Progress Tracking: XP points, session completion streaks, and dashboards to visualize growth.

Prototyped MVP:
