At Accenture, I led zero-to-one initiatives across public health, media and telecom sectors—delivering cloud DVR, OTT streaming and connected car solutions at a time when these technologies were still emerging. My work focused on building, testing and scaling new digital platforms for state health departments, global media companies and global telecom providers.

My Role
Led Market Trials & Emerging Tech Pilots:
Managed end-to-end feasibility trials for cloud DVR, OTT and game streaming platforms. Defined success metrics, ran multi-market pilots and used real-world insights to shape client product strategies.

Architected Connected Car Solutions:
Designed in-vehicle UX and media streaming workflows, integrating navigation, entertainment, and telecom services. Scoped and selected vendors, managed procurement and helped build early connected car ecosystems.

Simplified Public Sector Systems:
Modernized KEES, a public benefits eligibility platform. Streamlined data systems, led participant workshops, and redefined workflows to reduce fraud and improve accessibility for Medicaid, TANF, and SNAP applicants.

Drove Platform Optimization:
Created automated testing frameworks that doubled set-top box release success rates and reduced regression risks—strengthening operational scalability for global clients.
