I drove strategic innovation and executed market trials for emerging technologies across Cloud DVR, OTT, game streaming and connected car IoT solutions. I played a critical role in architecting cutting-edge solutions that supported multiple industries including telecom and healthcare.
Key Projects:
- Cloud DVR, OTT and Game Streaming Market Trials:Led end-to-end market trials for cloud DVR, game streaming and OTT solutions, testing feasibility and driving product iterations. These solutions aimed to improve user experience in streaming, enhance platform reliability and open new opportunities for revenue generation.
- Connected Car IoT Innovation: Worked with a major global telecom client to create a connected car solution leveraging their existing network. I conducted market analysis, managed procurement and vendor selection and architected the entire in-car entertainment, navigation and app solutions to drive the initiative. The solution played a key role in enabling future mobility and digital transformation for connected vehicles.
- KEES Program (Medicaid, TANF, SNAP): Led data and platform integrations for KEES, an eligibility system supporting Medicaid, TANF and SNAP. I managed user experience risks by ensuring the system was intuitive for both participants and employees, improving data accuracy and fraud prevention. This included overseeing user workshops and collaborating with cross-functional teams to reduce form complexity and manual verification processes. The result was a 25% improvement in fraud detection and a 20% increase in user adoption.
